Talk Left with an informative piece on how the person who leaked Valerie Plame's name as an undercover operative may have violated the USA Patriot Act.
I find the argument made to be a bit of a stretch, but it would be nice to a little more seriousness return to trying to find the leaker(s) - you know - something other than White House Spokesman (McClellan?) saying that he knew (through the power of psychic friends network?) that Rove and others were not involved.
