A federal judge Monday barred political party challengers from questioning Ohio voters' registrations at the polls on Election Day....
The Republican Party has said it wants its challengers at polls to prevent voter fraud, as allowed by state law.
I say racist, because somehow, it seems that the places subject to challenge are minority neighborhoods of battleground states. Somehow I doubt that more affluent white areas will be subject to the same scrutiny.
I hope the GOP folks lose their appeals.
Someone needs to find some way to use the various voting rights acts and other racial discrimination laws to put a serious smack-down on the GOP.
