Everyone remembers Bob Woodward - he was hugely instrumental (through the use of his source, Deep Throat) in exposing the third-rate burglary now known as Watergate in a manner that brought down President Richard Nixon into shame, forcing resignation, etc. He was the leader of the new breed of reporters who were fearless in who they would take on, and willing to dig deep to uncover an important story.
Of course, in a classic rebel-turned-establishment twist, Woodward is now a part of the establishment, and aside from the book on Deep Throat, Woodward's last few books have been absolute drool-fests about George W. Bush.
Atrios has done a pretty good job of listing out Woodward's idiocy about the Plame scandal, but the Washington Note has a good bit on what Woodward's been NOT telling us about HIS involvement.
